Due to the timing of my retirement and my return to the USA after living many years abroad, I bought my future Palm Springs home while still living in London. In the years leading up to this purchase, I worked with Franz regularly and always spent time in discussion with him during my regular visits to my future home city. Franz was keenly interested to know what exactly it was that appealed to me in the properties I liked, and he developed a thorough understanding of what was important to me as a homebuyer. Franz knew immediately when my dream home finally came on the market, and contacted me straight away. We did a lengthy and thorough tour of the property via webcam, and I knew that Franz was right: this was the home of my dreams and exactly what I had been waiting for. While I was still packing up my London flat, Franz was meticulously following through as he handled all matters regarding escrow, inspections, HOA, minor repairs, and a raft of other details. I've now been in my new home for six months and still wake up each morning in disbelief that I get to live here. Without Franz as my agent, I truly doubt that this dream would have come true.
